  • What are the dates and hours of the Fair?
    The International Agriculture Fair will take place from February 22nd to March 2nd, 2025, from 9 am to 7 pm.
  • How do I download my badges?
    Badges are to be named and downloaded from the Badge Platform, accessible from the Exhibitor Area. You will only be able to download your badges after full payment of your balance.
  • Are there invitation cards included in my registration package?
    Invitation cards can be ordered directly from the Exhibitor Reception shop in batches of 25. There is no quota included in the registration package.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Check.
  • What are the setup and teardown dates and hours?
    The setup and teardown hours are to be consulted directly in the Exhibitor's Guide.
  • What documents do I need to provide for my registration?

  • How do I access my exhibitor/client space?

    You can log in to using your credentials.

    Please note that only the main contact's email for participation is linked to your file.

  • I forgot my password to log in to my exhibitor space.
    Click on "Forgot Password," and you will receive an automatic email containing a link to reset your password.
  • How many badges am I entitled to with my participation?

    The number of badges included in the price of your participation is calculated proportionally to the size of your stand.

    • Area between 6 and 12 m2: 3 free badges
    • Area between 13 and 24 m2: 4 free badges
    • Area between 25 and 50 m2: 9 free badges
    • Area between 51 and 75 m2: 12 free badges
    • Area between 76 and 100 m2: 15 free badges
    • Area between 101 and 150 m2: 18 free badges
    • Area between 151 and 250 m2: 21 free badges
    • Area between 251 and 300 m2: 28 free badges
    • Area 301 m2 and above: 35 free badges
  • What is the difference between a setup/teardown badge and an exhibitor badge?
    • The setup/teardown badge is only valid during the setup and teardown periods. It is free and can be downloaded from the badge platform (a photo will be required).
    • The exhibitor badge allows access to the Pavilions during the setup/teardown period and during the opening days of the Fair from 7 am to 8 pm. You can use an exhibitor badge included in your registration package or purchase additional badges from the exhibitor area shop.
  • If I purchase a 5-day badge, do my 5 entries need to be consecutive?
    The 3 and 5-day badges allow access to the Fair for 3 and 5 non-consecutive days during the Event.
